The hotel is conveniently located in a lively area, just a stone's throw away from Chinatown and Victoria Market. Guests can easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and large mirrors for getting ready. The friendly staff provide great service, and the buffet breakfast is a fantastic value. Some rooms even offer beautiful views of the city skyline.
The noise from the nearby fire station can be bothersome at times.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay special. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with the QV market and Chinatown nearby. Not to mention, being right next to the fire station gave me a sense of security. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. I highly recommend this place for its great location and excellent service.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family. They will definitely enjoy their stay here.

Luxurious, spacious rooms. Welcoming staff with complimentary champagne on arrival. Convenient location near trams, trains, and markets. Nice cafe turned wine bar on ground floor. Comfortable double beds and spacious bathroom.

The decors and cleanliness were excellent. The Beautiful Double Room with Two Double Beds provided comfortable beds, a clean room, and a spacious bathroom with large mirrors. The location allowed easy drop-off and pick-up with Ubers, and there was easy access to a nice park, Queen Vic markets, and trams into the city.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities like the private facilities and special diet menus were exquisite and fulfilled all of our needs. the restaurant and the bar/lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.
Some staff members were lovely and attentive, while others were not as great.
